Outside the US? NO DIRECT EQUIVALENT
The IRA is a US tax vehicle — there is no international "bitcoin IRA" to rank. The closest equivalents are your local tax-sheltered wrappers holding a bitcoin fund: a TFSA/RRSP with BTCC in Canada, a UK SIPP or ISA with a listed bitcoin ETP where the provider allows it, and European brokerage wrappers holding 21Shares CBTC or CoinShares BITC. See our ETF rankings for those.

Simplest honest deal

iTrustCapital — 1% trades, nothing else, ever.

Hold your own keys

Unchained — 2-of-3 multisig inside a real IRA.

Keep it at your broker

Fidelity — real coins next to your 401(k).
