PARTNER WITH BITCOIN ALMANACK

One sponsor per category. That is the entire offer.

We do not sell banners, and we are not going to. A category sponsorship makes your brand the only commercial presence across an entire section of the site — the hub, every review in it, every comparison, every guide.

Why one sponsor per category instead of twenty banners

The economics of display advertising force publishers to chase volume, and chasing volume is how independent sites end up with thin comparison pages, affiliate-first rankings and eleven ad units per screen. We would rather have a small number of advertisers paying properly for a placement that is actually worth something than a long tail paying almost nothing for placements nobody looks at.
For you, the arithmetic is simpler than a CPM. Across a sponsored category there is exactly one brand a reader can click — on the hub, on every review, on every comparison in that section — positioned beside the research they came for, on pages that keep earning traffic long after a campaign flight would have ended. You are not competing for attention with a programmatic auction, a cookie banner and four other vendors, and no competitor can buy the page next door.
For us, it means we can publish a verdict a sponsor dislikes without it threatening the business. That is not a nice-to-have; it is the reason anyone trusts the rankings, which is the only reason the placement is worth buying.

WHAT SPONSORSHIP DOES NOT BUY

These are not negotiating positions. They are the terms, and they are published here so you can hold us to them.
01
A ranking, a score, or a place in a table
Rankings are set by our published methodology and nothing else. If your product is third best on efficiency, it is listed third throughout the category you are sponsoring.
02
Advance sight of anything
No drafts, no embargoed copies, no right of reply before publication beyond the factual-accuracy checks we extend to everyone. You will read it when readers do.
03
Silence about your weaknesses
Every review has a “what we don’t like” section and it does not soften for sponsors. We scored a device sold by one of our own affiliate partners 3.0/10 on return on investment, with a published line telling readers to buy bitcoin instead if income is the goal — knowing it would cost us commission.
04
Editorial-looking placement
Your placement is labelled, styled distinctly from editorial, and marked as sponsored in the markup. We do not write sponsored posts that imitate reporting, and we do not sell links inside article prose.
05
Coverage of your launches
Being a sponsor is not a news desk. We cover what is newsworthy; a press release from a sponsor gets exactly the same look as a press release from anyone else.

WHAT IT DOES BUY

Sole presence across a whole category
A sticky rail on the hub and on every review, comparison and guide inside the section. Your logo, your positioning, your proof points, your call to action — repeated across the whole buyer journey, with nothing competing with it.
Readers at the decision point
Someone reading a miner ranking or a wallet comparison is not browsing. They are choosing. That is a materially different audience from an impression served against unrelated content.
Compounding, not flighting
Category pages are maintained and keep ranking. A sponsorship term accumulates traffic across every page in the section for its whole length, instead of spiking and stopping.
Association with independence
Being the single sponsor of a section that visibly criticises products — including sometimes your own — says something about you that a banner cannot say.

HOW IT WORKS

01
You email us
Tell us the category and the product. We will say if it is a bad fit.
02
We quote the category
Priced per category and per term, with the traffic figures behind the number.
03
You send assets
Logo, one line of positioning, up to four proof points, a destination URL.
04
It goes live
Your rail goes live across every page in the category, labelled and disclosed. We report clicks; you verify against your own analytics.

Questions we get asked

How many sponsors are there per category?

One, exclusive for the term — no rotation, no second slot, and no other advertiser anywhere in that section. We run no banner networks, interstitials, pop-ups or programmatic display anywhere on the site.

Can a sponsor influence rankings, scores or coverage?

No. Sponsors see no drafts, get no advance notice, and have no input into rankings, scores or conclusions — including about their own products. We scored a device sold by one of our own affiliate partners 3.0/10 on return on investment, with a published recommendation to buy bitcoin instead if income is the goal — knowing it would cost us commission. That verdict was not negotiable.

How is the sponsorship disclosed?

Visibly and in the markup: a labelled panel above the placement reading EXCLUSIVE SPONSOR, a plain-language paid-placement line beneath it, and a sponsored-link attribute on every outbound sponsor link — per FTC guidance and Google’s link-attribution rules. See our affiliate and advertising disclosure.

What does it cost?

It depends on the category and the term, because sections differ enormously in intent, size and traffic. Our sponsorship packages page sets out exactly what a category includes and the terms of business; email us for a current rate. We will tell you honestly when a section is a poor fit, including when a cheaper one would serve you better.

Do you accept payment in bitcoin?

Yes, and we prefer it. Invoices can be settled on-chain or over Lightning; we also take conventional bank transfer.

Does sponsoring a category cover reviews of competitors?

Yes. Your rail appears on every page in the section, including reviews of products that compete with yours — that is most of the value. What it does not do is change how those products are ranked or described.
